Grendene Global Brands is Hiring a Coordinator, Brand Marketing, North America Near Miami, FL

Job Title: Coordinator, Brand Marketing, North America

Reports to: Director, Brand Marketing, North America

Grendene & 3G Radar have come together to create a joint venture - Grendene Global Brands (GGB), which will focus on the expansion of the Grendene footwear product portfolio in the US, Canada, China & Hong Kong. The priority brands in the sandal category will be Melissa, Mini Melissa, Ipanema & Cartago.

GENERAL FUNCTION

The Coordinator, Brand Marketing will play an important role and contribute to meaningful projects within the brand marketing function in the US Market. The role will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing regional marketing activities, including but not limited to; brand campaigns, asset requests, social & PR marketing activities, samples, and other marketing related clerical support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SOCIAL MEDIA

Support the Social Media Manager to build & grow the GGB digital presence across all social media channels

(TikTok, IG, Facebook, etc) to grow audiences & meet revenue goals

Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content

Attend events and produce live social media content when needed. Maintain unified brand voice across different

social media channels.

• Assist Manager in identifying relevant influencer partners for campaign support & execution

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on overall social media performance for Manager’s review.

• Monitor industry trends, technology innovations and competitor activity to inform social media strategies.

BRAND MARKETING

• Manage all brand POP / GWP requests, including vendor selection, samples & fulfillment

• Develop & manage generic brand presentations, update as necessary on a seasonal basis

• Support the team on regional campaign development providing relevant POV on styling for target consumers

PR

• Manage the end-to-end process of gifting and seeding initiatives, including product selection, packaging, marketing

inserts, and delivery

• Foster relationships with stylists for talent placements & build relationships with editors and influencers

• Work closely with PR agency to propose relevant pitching concepts & product proposals

• Review competitor’s activations and ROI for comparison analysis

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• At least 2 years business, marketing or trade show experience (footwear, fashion a plus)

• Strong listening, written and oral communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT)

• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Must have a high tolerance for quickly shifting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Highly organized with keen attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Office in Miami (Wynwood), FL. Hybrid working arrangements will be considered. Some travel will be required.
