Our client has developed a ground breaking data solution which harmonises data from a variety of laboratory equipment. Resulting in a streamlined process for scientists!
About the role:
As the Customer Success Manager, you will be the face of the business when meeting with both operational and technical teams. Utilising your scientific and commercial background to provide detailed insight into the benefits of adopting this revolutionary solution.
You will collaborate with internal departments to design and develop tailored solutions for individual clients.
Customer experience is a critical part of the role so you will use a customer-centric approach to provide an incredible customer journey from the initial meeting.
What's needed to succeed?
- A scientific degree, preferably a PhD or Masters.
- Commercial acumen- demonstratable experience of developing bespoke client solutions.
- 5 years experience within a Customer Success role within pharma/pharma IT services.
- A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Experience with cloud data solution selling.
