Title: Human Resources and Office Manager
Start Date: July 1, 2024
Position: 40 hours per week (General office hours Mon. - Fri. Occasional evening and weekend work as needed.) Located in Portland, OR office. This is not a remote position.
Compensation: $26 - $32/ Hour (Depending on Experience)

Job Description:
This role is 50% Human Resources and 50% Office Manager. Everything this person does must be done with a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion lens.
As Human Resources Manager, this role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the administrative functions of LMS. They oversee budget approvals, salaries and benefits, develop and implement policies related to departmental workflow, support the entire employee lifecycle, support recruitment efforts, improve employee relations, and ensure HR is following best practices.
As Office Manager, this role ensures that the office runs smoothly. It reports directly to the CEO and works on a team with the Administrative Assistant and Office Support Staff.
