The role of the CHHA is extremely important to our organization. Every CHHA will work under the supervision of an RN and a Case Manager.
Responsibilities:

• Assisting with ADLs/IADLs
• Toileting/Incontinence Care
• Medication Reminders
• Meal Preparation
• Mobility Assistance
• Keeping Client Safe
• Light Housekeeping/Laundry

Qualifications:

• Must have an active Homemaker-HHA Certification (CHHA) with the NJ Board of Nursing
• At Least 1 year Experience Preferred
• Recent Mantoux/PPD test or Chest X-Ray
• Recent Work Physical
• MMR Vaccination or titer test
• A Caring Heart
