Position Overview:

As a Co-Founder | Managing Director of our luxury residential real estate team, you will play the primary role in shaping our brand, driving strategic growth, and delivering extraordinary results for our clients. We are seeking a visionary leader with a proven track record in luxury real estate sales, a passion for excellence, and a commitment to innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with Co-Founder and strategic partners to develop and execute strategic plans for organizational development, launch, production, business growth, market expansion, and brand enhancement.

· Drive the creation and execution of cutting-edge marketing strategies that position our brand and service offerings as the premier choice in the luxury real estate market.

· Lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies to meet sales and production goals.

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, including client communications, transaction management, marketing, and team development initiatives.

· Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, leveraging your expertise and network to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.

· Drive continuous improvement and innovation in all aspects of the business, from client experience to operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury residential real estate, with a proven track record of success, client development, production, and a deep understanding of market trends.

· Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

· Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.

· Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for innovation, growth, and pushing the boundaries of what is possible in luxury real estate.
