Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse at Sadiecare Health Services located in Decatur, GA. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing basic nursing care, monitoring patients' health conditions, administering medications, and assisting with pediatric patient assessments. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals and maintaining accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license
• Experience in providing direct patient care
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to accurately document patient information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
• CPR certification
• Experience in home pediatric nursing care is a plus
