We are a well-educated team of Licensed Massage Therapists who continually seek to receive quality education in our respective fields. We are looking for therapists who think a relaxing massage is boring to give and who want to work on solving problems and making people better.

Flexible Schedule!

Continuing Education - We reimburse $250 for CE every two years after the first year of working with us. We also pay for additional training and courses that our company wishes XF Team Members to attend.

On-boarding - Every new XF Team member becomes certified in Kinesiotaping, and takes the XF Core Sports Curriculum along with 4 days of operational training prior to becoming an XF Therapist.

Remote Work - (Pending Covid restrictions are lifted). Work offsite a few times a year at local sports events such as Cirque du Soleil, bodybuilding competitions, CrossFit games, swim meets and many more!

Career Advancement - Your hands are important to us and therefore hours without clients can be used doing other non-contact time duties within the company. Every position within the company is geared towards helping others heal. There is NO CEILING at CrossFunction Sports Massage!!!

And lastly we offer Health, Dental and Vision benefits if working more than 20 hours per week!

NOTE: We are an entirely different style of massage so it does not compete with any of your current Non-Compete clauses. You will be learning XF Sports Massage cupping, sideline, kinesiotaping, pin/stretching, IASTYM, sports massage guidelines/procedures, etc. Local applicants only will be considered.

Salary: $37.00 - $52.00 per hour
