Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Line Cook at OAKLEYS bistro in Indianapolis, IN. The Lead Line Cook will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and execution of dishes, managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and consistency, and training and mentoring junior cooks. They will collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items, maintain proper inventory levels, and uphold sanitation and safety standards. The Lead Line Cook will also participate in menu planning and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen.
