High profile plaintiff's law firm (catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death) located in West Los Angeles is looking for candidates who are comfortable performing a variety of assistant duties, including filing complaints and other documents, calendaring, document management/uploading documents, setting up new case files, data entry, and ordering medical records.
We are looking for someone who has some experience at a trial law firm, specifically with filing complaints and other pleadings and serving documents. We are willing to train the right candidate with regard to other job duties.

This is the perfect opportunity for a smart, efficient, motivated individual who is seeking an entry-level legal assistant job with room for growth into higher level positions.
What we’re looking for:

1 year of litigation experience, specifically filing and serving documents and calendaring

Well organized and able to multi-task in fast paced environment

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Team oriented and client focused

Comfortable with new technology and highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Spanish speaking a plus, but not required
