THE OPPORTUNITY
Confluence Engineering Group LLC (Confluence), an award-winning engineering consulting firm, is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Pacific Northwest team of consulting engineers and scientists to help grow our company and solve source-to-tap water quality challenges in support of our clients. Our clients include public and private utilities of all sizes throughout North America, as well as other consulting firms and regulatory bodies in need of expertise in drinking water distribution system water quality.
We work on projects that are focused within research and development as well as being practical in nature, and span the topics of improving source water quality, water treatment practices, distribution system water quality, and building/premise plumbing water quality. Our award-winning team is comprised of civil/environmental engineers, chemical engineers, field scientists and technicians that regularly perform cutting-edge bench- and pilot-scale testing and water quality modeling, as well as contribute to drinking water industry guidance documents on the topics mentioned above. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Confluence provides competitive compensation and benefit packages. Annual compensation (salary plus reimbursable expenses to support a home office) for this position is based upon skills, experience, and education, and will start between $92,000 to $120,000 depending on qualifications. We offer health and dental plans (employee premiums are covered 100%), with company-assisted health savings accounts (HSAs). 401K options include Roth and traditional accounts, company contributions, and the potential of profit sharing. Confluence also offers bonuses based on individual and firm performance, paid holidays, and PTO. Confluence offers a flexible, fully remote work approach.
