Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant and hospitality management, possess excellent leadership skills, and be adept at managing various aspects of the business.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Implement and maintain operational standards and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee ordering to meet demand
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain quality food preparation standards
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting
- Conduct regular financial analysis to optimize profitability

Requirements:

- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Culinary background or kitchen management experience is a plus
- Shift management expertise with a focus on operational efficiency
