**Salary:** $60,000 - $95,000 per year (Uncapped income potential)

**Job Type:** Full-time and Part-time positions available (Monday through Friday, with rotational Saturdays)

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a successful Sales Representative to sell insurance and other property and casualty products. This position requires persistence, excellent phone and listening skills, and the ability to call out on leads, referrals, and other sources to excel at closing business. We provide all the tools needed to be successful.

Company is the #1 auto insurance company in Utah, with one of the highest close ratios in the state. Sales agents can average over 100 new policy sales a month. Average sales agents earn a minimum of $60,000 a year, with top sales agents earning over $95,000 a year.

**Responsibilities:**

- Maximize sales opportunities through phone conversations and walk-ins with potential buyers.

- Review leads from all sources daily. Utilize various communication methods (calls, emails) to close business.

- Manage a pipeline of qualified prospects using the company CRM.

- Meet daily KPIs and monthly/quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain a strong knowledge of property and casualty products and master company’s sales training.

- Contribute to the sales team in revenue, culture, and brand image.

- Become an ambassador of company’s sales principles.

- Counsel customers, cross-sell other business lines, quote, and bind insurance.

- Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality, meeting work responsibilities and appointments on time.

- Inspire trust through integrity and ethical behavior, upholding organizational values.

**Job Requirements:**

- Utah Personal Lines Insurance License required.

- Strong ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple requests simultaneously, and communicate effectively with business owners and management.

- Demonstrate persistence and overcome obstacles, measuring self against standards of excellence.

- Maintain a positive attitude during work hours.

- Possess the stamina to thrive in a strong sales environment.

- Ideally, prior earnings of $65,000 per year.

**Skills Required:**

- Excellent phone and listening skills.

- Ability to call out on leads, referrals, and other sources.

- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage prospects.

- Strong sales and closing skills.
