Job Summary:

Reps4Recovery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations, driving fundraising efforts, ensuring the successful delivery of our fitness programs, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for community engagement and a strong background in nonprofit management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management:

- Provide visionary leadership to the organization, working closely with the Board of Directors to develop and implement strategic plans.

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the efficient functioning of all programs and services.

- Manage staff and volunteers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization, representing Reps4Recovery in the

community and with key stakeholders.

2. Fundraising and Development:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure financial support from

individuals, corporations, foundations, and government sources.

- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and partners. - Plan and oversee fundraising events and campaigns.

3. Program Management:

- Ensure the effective delivery of functional fitness classes, maintaining high standards of

quality and accessibility.

- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, making adjustments as needed to meet community

needs and organizational goals.

- Collaborate with fitness instructors and other program staff to develop and expand program

offerings.

4. Compliance and Administration:

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as organizational

policies and procedures.

- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting.

- Prepare and present regular reports to the Board of Directors on organizational performance

and progress.

5. Community Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and

supporters.

- Promote Reps4Recovery's mission and programs through various communication channels,

including social media, newsletters, and public speaking engagements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field (preferred but not required).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit leadership or management, with a proven track record of success.

- Strong fundraising experience, including securing major gifts and managing donor relationships.

- Excellent organizational, administrative, and financial management skills.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.

- Demonstrated commitment to health, fitness, and community service.

- Knowledge of functional fitness programs and recovery support services is a plus.
