The firm's Planning and Environment team has an impressive track record of representing major developers and landowners in high-stakes matters before the Land and Environment Court.

No other law firm handles as many cases for developers appealing decisions through merit appeal proceedings in the Land and Environment Court as this team does.

The role:

The role involves advising on various matters like appeals in the Land and Environment Court, compulsory acquisitions, and negotiating important planning agreements.

You will represent major developers in significant cases, using the Partner's strong industry connections and negotiation skills to overcome regulatory challenges and enable large development projects to move forward.

Additionally, you will provide legal advice, prepare submissions, and work with a skilled team to deliver excellent service to clients.

About you:

• Solid experience as a Planning and Environment Associate from a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.

• Able to work well as part of a tight-knit team.

• Strong skills in leading and mentoring others.
