About the Job

As a Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for delivering elegant user-centered design solutions through a deep understanding of our customers, restaurant partners and business needs. You are a strong product thinker — able to work closely with cross-functional teams to devise scalable experiences and intuitive user journeys that enhance our loyalty and rewards platform.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in shaping the product and design strategy, influencing overall direction and decision-making.
• Take full ownership of the user journey, overseeing the entire design process from initial concept through prototyping, user testing, and final production.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap.
• Create web and mobile experiences that are beautiful and intuitive for our customers.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles and promote a design thinking mindset within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a significant focus on consumer-facing mobile applications. Strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Pixel-perfect attention to detail and mastery over your craft: visual design, interaction design, and prototyping in Figma.
• Skilled at working closely and communicating with product and engineering teams – able to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with or interest in blockchain technology and restaurants.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000
