Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Lighting Technician. The Lighting Technician will be responsible for lighting control, lighting design, electrical wiring, and stage lighting. The role involves setting up and operating lighting equipment, collaborating with the production team, troubleshooting lighting issues, and ensuring the successful execution of lighting designs for events in the music and fashion industries.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency or experience in lighting control, lighting design, and/or stage lighting
  • Knowledge of electrical wiring for lighting systems
  • Experience in setting up and operating lighting equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot lighting issues
  • Ability to communicate & problem-solve in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow lighting designs, symmetry/measurements
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with the production team
  • Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certification or training in lighting technology or related fields where applicable
  • Additional experience, and skillset welcome but not required
