Job Summary:

We own and operate wedding venues, event spaces, a restaurant & catering business. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and help ensure efficient operation of our businesses. While much of the work can be done remotely with very flexible hours, we would like to have someone with the ability to be on-site at times when necessary.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain executives' schedules & appointments

- Plan and coordinate events

- Prepare & review reports, memos, letters, and other documents

- Check in with management teams to ensure everyone is on the same page

- Handle incoming communications

- Social Media Responding to reviews

- Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role

- Quick learner

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to multitask

- Confidence

- Assertiveness

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Real estate administrative experience

- Knowledge of technology

- Problem-Solving
