The HR Generalist is instrumental in supporting the Experience, Recruitment and behind-the-scenes administrative work for EI. Summary/objective:
The HR Generalist role is the supportive force behind the administrative and recruitment work we conduct. This individual is responsible for supporting administrative functions related to providing our clients with the utmost service and quality. Our goal is for our clients to feel cared for with the expertise and commitment provided by leading customer service brands – think Nordstrom, Ritz Carlton, and Apple. We run a tight ship, have high expectations, yet also appreciate the importance of developing each member of our team and ensuring the most incredible work experience for everyone involved with EI. We are focused on the next level, the next chapter, and moving forward.
