Must-Have Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Quality Manager in electronics manufacturing.

- In-depth knowledge of automotive quality requirements (ISO, IATF).

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Expertise in Surface Mount Technology (SMT).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

- Candidates with ties to the Midwest region are preferred.
