Warehouse Inventory Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Warehouse Inventory Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will manage inbound/outbound inventory, process shipments, and prepare parts for assembly. If you have experience in inventory management and are detail-oriented, we’d like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Receive new inventory and accurately scan it into our inventory management system.
• Shipment Processing: Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring all orders are fulfilled correctly and timely.
• Kitting: Assemble and prepare kits of parts for production and assembly.
• Organization: Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
• Reliability: Ensure all warehouse processes run smoothly and adhere to safety and organizational standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Inventory Manager or similar role.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and barcode scanners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in inventory management or logistics.
• Experience with industry standard inventory management software.
