Job Overview:
We are seeking a fun outgoing, Bilingual, detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our small medical office team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with insurance verification, prior authorization request, medical scheduling systems and possess knowledge of HIPAA regulations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a small private Family-like healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule patient appointments using medical scheduling software
- Verify patient insurance information and prior authorization and deductibles
- Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish

Experience:

-Experierence in Medical office environments
- Familiarity with phone systems and scheduling
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
