My Client is a leading high-technology company located at Palo Alto, California. They are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals over the phone and via email. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Cultivate positive connections with clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and online chat, ensuring outstanding customer service.

- Support the sales team by conducting market research, developing potential leads, collecting client information, and creating comprehensive client profiles.

- Manage communication related to client contracts, oversee order execution, track shipments, confirm deliveries, handle invoicing, process payments, and manage other sales procedures and transactions.

- Address post-sales service matters, including returns, exchanges, and complaints promptly, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.

- Coordinate interdepartmental communication to facilitate timely order fulfillment and address potential logistics issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as marketing, business administration, electronics, software, optics, or mechanical engineering is preferred.

- Experience in sales support and project assistance, especially with a focus on significant client service, is advantageous.

- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.

- Strong stress tolerance and problem-solving abilities to efficiently navigate a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility with working hours to manage communications across multiple time zones.

  • This is not a remote position. The candidate must be able to commute to our Palo Alto office on work days.
