CW7 Arizona (KAZT-TV) is the only locally owned broadcast station in the Phoenix (Prescott) DMA and is licensed to broadcast across Phoenix and Northern Arizona. The station is home to the CW Network, and METV. The mission of CW7 Arizona is to be the most-loved station in Arizona by entertaining, creating a sense of community, and engaging with local businesses and events.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Phoenix, AZ for an Account Executive. We are looking for an experienced sales individual with knowledge of the Phoenix marketplace. An ideal candidate has experience selling broadcast media and especially interested in selling sports partnerships. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local businesses, selling advertising packages, creating custom campaigns, and achieving sales targets. The Account Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to develop creative solutions, provide excellent customer service, and stay updated on industry trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong presentation and proposal writing abilities
• Knowledge of the media industry and advertising trends
• Experience with CRM software and sales reporting
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
