The L&D Project Coordinator is a role that involves consolidating all projects across the Retail Enhancement Team to ensure we execute plans according to production benchmarks, deadlines and to budget.

This role centres around project management with a concentrated focus upon Go to Market Plans across the division, Local Launch Plans within the Retail Enhancement Team and staying close to what is happening in market with customers and our competitors.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Management of various projects across the Retail Enhancement Team
• Key representative within all Go to market/Local Launch Planning Meetings
• Responsible for the collation and distribution of all minutes, actions and following up on next steps
• Creation and management of the L&D Dashboard, keeping all success metrics for team reporting and to stakeholders
• Research, review and benchmarking of Samsung & competitor performance in market
• Training devices liaison with HQ to organise tools of trade for upcoming launches
• Proactively organise and Manage meetings to ensure key objectives with our partners are realised and executed
• Benchmark to understand how Samsung compares to the competitors across all layers of Retail and Call Centres

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years proven experience in Project Management
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Business/marketing experience preferred
• 2 years launch planning/roadmap planning experience
• 2 years’ event management experience preferred
• 2 year’s budget management experience

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and how to implement to varied stakeholders across multiple areas of business.
• Expertise in communication in face to face and digital teaching and learning environments, including mastery of appropriate technologies
• Advanced understanding and knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Planning and forecasting knowledge and understanding
• Risk Management/Assessment skills
• Budgeting experience
• Tracking and monitoring progress of multiple initiatives through various systems
• Strong knowledge of reporting, building insights based on data collected
• Ability to lead projects large and small across various teams
• Knowledge in the assessment of the Adult learning and the evaluation of training programs
• A high level knowledge of adult Learning key principles methodologies and techniques
• Planning and forecasting
