Job Description:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving our growth and success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the construction industry.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborating with the South West Division General Manager to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with a CRM Sales suite is a plus.
  • Clean driving record (MVR) and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be able to work in-person at our Tempe, Arizona location.
