Our Team’s mission is to change the way people think about vision care by building relationships and offering a wide selection of trusted brands. As a full-time optician, you will drive profitable sales growth and deliver exceptional guest service through fitting and adapting lenses and frames, dispensing contact lenses, and ensuring high-quality product manufacturing.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

- Fostering a retail selling culture to drive profitable store sales

- Building professional business relationships with team members

- Filling ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions and ensuring timely product manufacturing

- Verifying visual acuity and analyzing prescriptions and lens designs

- Measuring pupillary distances and selecting frames for facial contour

- Dispensing quality products and providing enthusiastic and concise communications

**Qualifications:**

**Basic:**

- High School Degree or equivalent

- 2 years in Retail

- Basic computer skills

- Independent and self-motivated

- Ability to grow sales through sales skills

- Attention to detail

**Preferred:**

- Associates Degree

- ABO Certification

- 2 years in Retail Optical

**Schedule:** 8-hour shifts
