About the Role: NanoTech Materials is seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in facilitating the sales process by both actively engaging in cold calling to open doors for our sales team and providing comprehensive support in various administrative tasks. The Sales Enablement Specialist will spend approximately 50% of their time engaging in outbound calls to generate leads and opportunities, while the remaining time will be dedicated to providing administrative support, conducting research, and other related duties.

Responsibilities:

Cold Calling and Lead Generation:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and identify sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads through effective communication and gather relevant information for the salesteam.

Sales Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales activities.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, andpotential areas for business development.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Training and Development:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales representatives, sharing best practices andstrategies for success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align salesefforts with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate feedback from the field to relevant stakeholders to drive product improvements and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients andinternal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
