**Overview:**
The Director of Insurance Operations holds a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the insurance operations function within our Organization. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of insurance-related activities, managing operational processes, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Duties:**
- Oversee all aspects of insurance operations, including policy administration, claims processing, and underwriting support.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance applications, endorsements, renewals, and claims.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to insurance operations.
- Collaborate with client services and insurance professionals to address client inquiries, requests, and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed to discuss insurance operations and address client concerns.
