Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Human Resources Generalist at Brainy HR Solutions. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of HR tasks, including HR management, Payroll, developing HR policies, talent acquisition, employee relations (including LOA management), overseeing employee benefits, and benefits administration. This role is primarily based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) management and HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits and benefits administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in HR consulting or a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
