*Executive Summary

Our goal is to make your garage and closets an extension of your home, so we always take your practical and aesthetic needs into consideration. Contemporary Closets is looking for an experienced Senior Installation Specialist to join our growing team in our Farmingdale, New Jersey. As our Senior Installation Specialist, you will be a critical point for the installation department and will provide support to the installation team to drive the best organizational solution in the market.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, & Physical Demands

* Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic
* Reliable, punctual with good work ethic
* Possess and maintain current driver's license
* Good driving record
* Operate company vehicle in safe manner
* Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong personal organization skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience and has worked in a similar role
• Professional & courteous demeanor
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work with strong attention to detail, even with frequent interruptions.
• Highly proactive. Takes ownership to anticipate needs to ensure work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Customer service focused, takes initiative to add value, and collaborates in a manner that holds team success top-of-mind.
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
• Great attitude; hardworking, positive, team-oriented, empathetic/strong understanding of people/teams
• Quick learner with ability to understand new concepts and eventually add suggestions for improvement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Pay: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
