Holly Adrianne Design is a full-service boutique design and build firm. We offer several services to our prestigious clients such as architectural design consultations, interior design, renderings, custom furniture and landscape design.
Our growing firm is looking for a dynamic individual who is motivated, displays a high level of organization, and demonstrates an ability to adapt and thrive in new roles.
The ideal candidate will also have 2 years of administrative and/or design experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
· General office support, answering the phone and taking messages, filing, organizing, data entry
· Drafting proposals and understanding unique client needs
· Approving and Ordering furniture and fixtures, managing orders, lead times and delivery schedules
· Receiving furniture and fixture deliveries, inspections, process returns when needed
· Scheduling, booking and other general coordination
· Invoicing and cost reconciliation
· Other administrative assignments as necessary under the guidance of management
Qualifications / Skills and Abilities
· Associates / Bachelors Degree
· 2 years in professional assistant, administration and/or design experience
· 1-2 years experience in a professional environment
· Proficiency using Mac OS, Google Suite and other organization software
· Strong oral and written communication abilities
· Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
· Good interpersonal skills in an entrepreneurial setting
· Proven ability to perform accurately, ethically, and in a timely manner
· Detailed oriented; proven organizational and problem-solving ability
· Flexible and able to manage conflicting and changing priorities
· Effective team player with the ability to work independently
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
