Founded in 1983, Gana Art is one of the first major art galleries established in Korea. As one of the first major art galleries in the region, Gana Art has cultivated global connections since its founding in 1983. As part of this international vision, Gana Art has established a viewing room in Los Angeles in Feburary 2023. 1. Gallery Assistant

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in related area; or specialized training and 1 year of relevant experience

- Demonstrated track record of success in providing executive administrative support

- Proficient computer skills, including iMac, MS Office, Excel, Photoshop, PowerPoint

- Experience with running email campaigns on platforms such as Constant Contact

2. Media Assistant

Media Assistant needed for an art gallery, part time first, possibly leading to full time.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

- Primary responsibilities include managing the photo and video library, processing images for use in various contexts in digital, graphic design layouts, and email blasts. Excellent photography and video skills required.

- Basic video recording and editing skills.

- Familiar with Adobe creative suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

- Experience and knowledgeable of current digital trends and social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube), etc.

-Responsibilities include organizing and updating the image library, assisting on photography and graphic design projects, assisting the social media manager on postings.

Part Time: Tuesday - Saturday 30 hours Pay: $30 per hour

Working hours: 11 am – 6: 00 pm (Except Installation and Opening Reception day)

(Summer and Winter vacations will be provide)
