Mo Mi Mei is an exciting, unique fast-casual restaurant concept established in Costa Mesa, California. Inspired by our Chinese heritage, we specialize in steamed rice rolls that are freshly prepared in-house with locally sourced organic ingredients. Our mission is to transform a traditional favorite into a simple dish filled with a bold fusion of flavors and share it with our community.
Overview
We are constantly seeking motivated, enthusiastic candidates with a diverse range of abilities to enhance our team. These individuals will have the ability to deliver an amazing Mo Mi Mei experience from the moment a guest enters through our doors and exercises their communication skills at all times. They will have an interest in learning and teaching what we offer and can demonstrate their knowledge when asked by guests. In doing so, they will foster an inviting environment where guests feel comfortable and look forward to returning. When working with other restaurant staff, they will share the passion and values that every Mo Mi Mei team member should exemplify. They will promote a clean working environment by performing proper handwashing when preparing and assembling food along with maintaining facilities and equipment daily. They will also uphold all recipes and procedures to create and maintain a consistent, quality product and embrace any feedback to improve their performance. Most importantly, they will be proud to represent Mo Mi Mei and will work towards the success of the restaurant and create a culture of great food and great people. All selected candidates that accept employment are subject to a competitive compensatory hourly rate starting at $20.00 along with additional benefits.
