Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven One Call Closer to join our dynamic team. As a One Call Closer, you will be responsible for presenting and selling our premium exterior coating system to potential customers. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, build rapport, and close sales efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Engage customers in insightful and persuasive conversations to understand their needs and educate them about the benefits of our product.

- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our exterior coating system, highlighting its durability, flexibility, energy efficiency, and aesthetic appeal.

- Conduct in-person product demonstrations to showcase the features and advantages of our coating system.

- Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating terms, and securing customer commitment the same day.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless handover of customer information and provide post-sales support as needed.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in a high-volume sales environment, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a persuasive and confident approach.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.

- Familiarity with exterior coating systems or related products is a plus.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
