Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified candidate to replace an existing team member and are eager to fill this role promptly. As an HR Service & Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing HR-related support tickets, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining high standards of service within a dynamic, global team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Ticket Management: Triage and resolve or route HR-related support tickets efficiently.
• System Expertise: Utilize your experience in SAP HR or Microsoft Employee Central to provide effective support within a help desk environment.
• Performance Standards: Meet or exceed response and issue resolution SLAs.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work effectively within a global team to support clients and team members, while independently addressing and solving problems.

Qualifications:

• Technical Experience: Proven experience with SAP HR or Microsoft Employee Central.
• Help Desk Experience: Demonstrated experience in a help desk or support environment.
• Service Level Commitment: Ability to meet and exceed SLAs for response and issue resolution.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive Attitude: A proactive mindset and a bias towards action.
