Job Description

FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER ASSISTANT TO PROPERTY MANAGER. Looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist the property manager with daily routine operations in property management.

Duties include but not limited to:

Responsibilities:
G/L,A/P & A/R J/E and Bank reconciliations
Prepare Monthly Financials and month end close
Monitor Bank accounts
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Interact with tenants
Answer phones
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Input of cash receipts
Interact with tenants and vendors
Must have experience with Accounting & Property Management software programs, SAGE SOFTWARE 300 a PLUS!
Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
Real Estate Property Management a Plus!!!
