From professional installation services to wholesale specialty decor, our team is equipped to help homes and businesses shine. The Decor Group includes Christmas Decor, Inc, a network of Holiday Decorators with access to premiere products and training; NiteTime Decor - NTD, offering premier low-voltage landscape lighting products to contractors nationwide; and Barcana, which designs and manufactures professional grade artificial trees, illuminated figures, ornaments, and more.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative located in Irving, TX. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential franchises scheduling appointments, providing information about our franchise offering, and maintaining customer relationships. The role will involve promoting our franchise opportunity.

  • This person will be responsible for organized and effective lead generation including: outbound calls, email campaigns, relationship building, and CRM management.
  • This person needs to be comfortable cold calling - email will play a role, but cold calling is a key part of the sales motion.
  • This person will report to the Head of Franchise Development and will have direct interaction with the company President.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service
  • Experience in appointment scheduling and sales
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Previous outbound sales experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Salary-$42,000 up to $74,000 with performance bonuses
