HHM, on behalf of our client, is assisting in the search for an Administrative Assistant. Our client is in the commercial and residential construction space and has been in business since 2002.

The ideal candidate will have a broad skillset that will encompass the following:

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in inspecting properties under construction, ensuring quality standards and project timelines are met.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and contractors to direct their activities and monitor progress.
• Handle paperwork submission for permit approvals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support the Project Manager in administrative tasks such as documentation preparation and correspondence.
• Assist in providing construction progress reports and timelines to owners/investors.
• Process invoices, track payments, and project budgets.
• Assist in special projects as assigned by management.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed for the position.
