Description: Store Operations Assistant
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Store Operations Assistant to support the owner in the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be friendly, customer service-oriented, and capable of managing store operations independently during weekends and evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the owner with the daily operations of the store.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restrooms.
4. Train and supervise associates as needed.
5. Manage store operations independently during weekends and evenings.
6. Handle various store tasks such as inventory management, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
2. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
3. High level of honesty and trustworthiness.
4. Ability to work weekends and evenings, opposite the owner’s schedule.
5. Capability to learn quickly and train new associates effectively.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of store operations and inventory management.
• Fast food restaurants /barista experience is a PLUS.
