Responsibilities:

• Lead tax preparation/reviews and compliance efforts.
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning for diverse client profiles.
• Handle and/or supervise bookkeeping and accounting projects.
• Respond effectively to client inquiries and IRS notices.
• Conduct detailed tax research.
• Ensure timely meeting of all deadlines by managing and supporting staff.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in a CPA firm, with at least 2 years in tax management.
• Proficient with modern accounting and tax software, Excel, and QuickBooks.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage deadlines.
• Deep understanding of tax codes, compliance, and procedures for various entities.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• CPA certification or candidate is highly desirable.
• A keen learner, enthusiastic about professional development.
