Summary:The IT Specialist provides Tier (2) technical support for internal and external clients, focusing on legal-specific applications. Responsibilities include system analysis for hardware/software, training staff on technology, and contributing to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier (2) support for technical issues, ensuring minimal user disruption
- Administer help desk reports and manage process documentation
- Serve as the primary contact for Audio Visual setups, including offsite trials
- Perform system analysis and recommend improvements within the IT budget
- Assist with new hire training and support ongoing technology projects
- Project work with IT department and other business units
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and troubleshooting hardware/software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
- Service Now or other helpdesk ticketing system a plus
- Occasional overtime may be required
