Position Title: IT Specialist
Department: Network Operations
Reports to: Director of IT Operations
FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary:The IT Specialist provides Tier (2) technical support for internal and external clients, focusing on legal-specific applications. Responsibilities include system analysis for hardware/software, training staff on technology, and contributing to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier (2) support for technical issues, ensuring minimal user disruption
  • Administer help desk reports and manage process documentation
  • Serve as the primary contact for Audio Visual setups, including offsite trials
  • Perform system analysis and recommend improvements within the IT budget
  • Assist with new hire training and support ongoing technology projects
  • Project work with IT department and other business units
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and troubleshooting hardware/software
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
  • Service Now or other helpdesk ticketing system a plus
  • Occasional overtime may be required
