We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. This position offers a base salary dependent on experience, ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year.

Monday - Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm) Work Schedule

Responsibilities
  • Take client payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Update client information in our systems.
  • Issue insurance documentation, including Certificates of Insurance (COI) and ID cards.
  • Process policy changes and ensure accuracy.
  • Educate and advise clients on their insurance options.
  • Shop renewals to ensure clients receive the best coverage at competitive rates.
Requirements
  • License Requirements: Candidate must have Previous Insurance Experience to be considered
  • The preferred candidate would already have their Property and Casualty License
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
