Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and purchases
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to sell products and services effectively
- Knowledge of jewelry, electronics, or wireless sales is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
