**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Program and Outreach Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outreach programs, fostering community relationships, and promoting our organization's mission. As a Program and Outreach Coordinator, you will play a vital role in expanding our reach and impact.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with the community

- Coordinate outreach events and campaigns to raise awareness about our organization

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of outreach efforts with organizational goals

- Utilize social media platforms for outreach and engagement purposes

- Lead fundraising initiatives to support outreach programs

- Educate the public on our services and initiatives

- Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of outreach activities

- Deliver engaging public speeches to various audiences

- Focus on public health initiatives within the community

- Assist in market research activities to identify target demographics

- Participate in recruiting volunteers for outreach projects

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in project management within an outreach or community engagement setting

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members

- Fundraising experience with a track record of successful campaigns

- Proficiency in social media management for outreach purposes

- Ability to educate and communicate effectively with diverse audiences

- Experience in data collection and analysis for program evaluation

- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to convey key messages clearly

- Knowledge or background in public health initiatives is a plus

- Familiarity with market research techniques is advantageous

- Experience in recruiting volunteers for community projects is beneficial
