Overview:
We are seeking multiple Veterinary Client Service Representatives to join our newly opening, small animal private practice, scheduled to be completed at the end of July 2024. The hospital will provide both general practice and urgent care services to dogs and cats, and being a new build practice all facilities will be modern, with all new equipment.

We are seeking client service representatives to be the first point of contact for our growing practice. We will encourage some level of cross training from our reception team with our veterinary assistants and technicians. We hope to grow your skills and confidence in the veterinary field, as well increase client trust in our team.

All applicants should have the following:

• Interest and enthusiasm for animal care and wellbeing
• Interest and enthusiasm for the veterinary field and learning new skills
• Good client communication skills for phone and in-person interactions
• A friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Ability to work in a team environment with other CSRs of variable skill levels, as well as veterinary assistants, veterinary technicians, and doctors
• Interest in growing with a new practice
