We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant to the Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) who will support our mission of delivering top-tier property management solutions.

Job Summary: As an Assistant to LCAM, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our management activities across a diverse portfolio of HOA and Condo properties. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in portfolio property management, looking to enhance their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the LCAM in daily property management tasks, ensuring efficient operation of residential properties.
  • Coordinate and attend board meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Facilitate communication between residents, association boards, and management.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and database management.
  • Assist in the enforcement of community rules and regulations.
  • Support the LCAM in financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair projects.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of community events and meetings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in "PORTFOLIO" Property Management.
  • Proficient knowledge of property management regulations and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience assisting a Licensed Community Association Manager.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach.
