Market Motion is seeking Appointment Setters responsible for qualifying homeowners who have previously demonstrated an interest in selling their home but have not yet had success. You will learn about the sellers' circumstances, identify their motivation, and schedule a time for our Licensed Real Estate Agent to discuss a personalized game plan to get their home SOLD!

This role is for someone who excels at problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and connects effectively with clients over the phone.

Work MONDAY-THURSDAY 9:30am-5pm

YES, FRIDAYS OFF!

We set appointments nationwide. In this role, you should be prepared to make between 150-250 calls daily, with the potential to exceed 300 calls. Although it's commission-based, the average appointment setter has the ability to earn $75k in this role.

No Real Estate License required.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proven track record in inside sales
- Familiarity with CRM software, Salesforce, and other sales technologies
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in outbound calling
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
