Job Title: Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our organization, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive impression for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle inquiries from clients and staff with efficiency and professionalism
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in an office setting or as a receptionist preferred
- Date entry into CRM and Microsoft Excel
- Strong clerical skills including typing and data entry
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Educating customers on our products in person, phone or email.
