EVready Energy is Hiring an Enterprise Account Executive Near Boston, MA

Position: Enterprise Account Executive

Location: Remote (with travel as required)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. As a key sales leader in the company, key responsibilities include building and fostering business relationships with white-glove service, and driving strategic growth in both US and Canadian markets. The position requires a self motivated strategic thinker with a proven track record in enterprise sales and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The right candidate embodies our company values of humility, empathy, adaptability, tenacity, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seek, cultivate, and oversee enterprise level relationships in both the US and Canadian markets
  • Present compelling business value propositions to clients at all organizational levels
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship management
  • Provide support and feedback on sales processes as we grow
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and achieve KPIs
  • Track and report on pipeline growth, activities, and strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and present customized solutions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus
  • 3 years of experience carrying a quota
  • 4 years of sales experience, preferably in EVSE, and/or enterprise software

Skills:

  • Proven success in building and fostering business relationships in new markets
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Consultative Sales Processes-minded
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
