We are proud to be partnering with a key Global health provider on a major digital transformation initiative and are looking to place a Project Manager, Technology and Architecture into this organisation on a 2 Year Fixed Term basis.
The Project Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of transformational work to uplift the digital capability for patients, clinicians and staff. Projects range from electronic medical records, patient portals, identity and access management to core medical systems upgrade and integration.
Many of these projects are at the shaping stage, and we’re looking for professionals with technical delivery experience to lead cloud and integration activity, technology selection and implementation.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience of comparable role in Agile delivery
- Experience within Technology including DevOps, API management, Integration, end user computing, etc
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks
- Excellent experience and skills in managing Agile projects using JIRA and Confluence, and associated processes to manage backlogs/sprints/reporting
- Management of epics/user stories through the refinement process and prioritisation process to ensure only items that are ready are part of sprints
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in breaking down complex projects into manageable work items
- Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
It will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Experience with a range of Agile methodologies
- Healthcare experience is highly desirable
- Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams
- Strong understanding of user story creation, refinement, and acceptance criteria
- Experience in test automation
